Spray Finishing
Factory-quality sprayed finishes for kitchens, wardrobes, doors and bespoke joinery, on site.
Spraying produces a finish with no brush texture at all — the flat, even surface expected of fine cabinetry. Achieved on site, it depends entirely on containment, dust control and preparation.
We build sealed spray zones, extract properly and protect adjacent rooms so the process is as controlled as a workshop.
Containment
Zones are sheeted and extracted, adjacent areas sealed, and surfaces beyond the work protected throughout.
Substrate
Existing finishes are degreased, abraded and primed with adhesion-appropriate systems before topcoating.
Durability
Two-pack and hard-wearing waterborne lacquers are specified for surfaces in daily use.
