The Project
A lateral apartment finished in a restrained warm palette, where almost every vertical surface is bespoke joinery and the finish itself is the detail.
The Challenge
A fully occupied building with strict working hours, lift restrictions and neighbouring residents, requiring complete dust containment for on-site spraying.
Preparation
Sealed and extracted spray zones were built room by room, with all joinery filled, sanded and primed to a level suitable for a flat sheen.
Materials & Finishes
Hard-wearing waterborne lacquer to joinery, fine limewash to feature walls, and flat matt emulsion to ceilings.
The Result
Uninterrupted planes of colour, shadow gaps that hold a straight line, and no visible transition between new and existing joinery.
